At sunset, our Chef “Marc CHAPPOT” proposes his “Bouchées du Chef”, small appetizers served with your cocktail in prelude to the meal, in front of Saint-Leu’s Bay. Then you will be served a gastronomic dinner by candle light in the long cool sweep of veranda or beside the swimming pool.
Three wine lists (“Classiques”, “Exceptions” and “Good Hope” of the Blue Margouillat) as a champagne list (“Bulles” of the Blue Margouillat ) will successfully agreement your meal. For those who worry about alcohol abuses, we also propose our “No-A” list (Original cocktails of fresh fruits, tonic, vegetables and vitamins).
